Doctoral office
Opening Hours and Location
The doctoral office is part of the Dean's Office. The opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 12 pm. Appointments outside office hours are possible upon prior request. In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times, we ask that all concerns are first raised by email or telephone.
You will find the doctoral office at Heidelberg-Bergheim, Voßstr. 2 in building 4370, on the 1st floor above the Prinzhorn Collection. The staircase is in the middle of the building. A lift is also available, but unfortunately can only be used by appointment.

Doctoral Committee
The doctoral committee of the faculty meets at least once a semester, or more frequently if necessary. It can be contacted via the Dean's Office or the Doctoral Office. The following persons belong to the committee:
